What if you turned on the news tomorrow and the top story was - 'World War III has been declared'? What if the draft had been reinstated? What if the government announced that all funds in any retirement accounts would be immediately seized? What if the US dollar lost all of its worth to inflation and even a loaf of bread was now a luxury? Now ...

The news is filled with stories of the war in Ukraine. We've seen war from afar before, but with social media and access to real-time events - the images pull at our hearts and raise our tensions and concerns. We hear rumors of nuclear and biological weapons and people asking is this the beginning of World War III?...

So - here we are, brothers and sisters in Christ. And we always agree 100% of the time - right? Even amongst Christians who have shared values and a common goal, we could find something about which to squabble. But we're family - and by God's grace we can overlook an awful lot of things in the family...

I want to start by focusing on a problem that started in the Bronze Age as a utilitarian item and evolved in the middle part of the 19th century when it became the modern curse we know today. It's something that has plagued humanity since its inception. I want to voice my chief complaint this morning with the...

My Grandma Buche passed away back in 1977. My Grandpa Buche passed in 1985. My father would have been 44 years old at the time and I would have been just 17. But some of the nation's top infectious disease experts worry that this deadly virus could mutate." Dr. Osterholm, director of the Center for Infectious Disease Research in Minnesota, said, "It's the single greatest concern......

What is the Church? And what's it supposed to do? The Church experience has changed drastically for many in the last two years. We started live streaming here for 'shut-ins' a few years before the pandemic and had no idea that for months it would be for all of us. And many have made their way back, but many have ...

I'm pretty sure over the last two years you've heard the phrase, "Follow the science." We've been told to, 'trust the science'. But 'science' in and of itself is not an authority. 'Science' is merely a tool that we use to discover facts about this world in which we're living. The Authority is The One who created this world....

So, the chaos of the last two years has continued to amplify divisions. We've been physically separated and small ideological differences have become huge differences. Ideas or opinions that were important - but weren't previously controversial - have become massive wedges between people. The differences were real - but in the past they didn't end...
